Phase One: Long-Haul Routes Only
So we can focus on dispatch and ride quality, the Commuter Special now covers cross-district long-haul trips only. Short same-district rides (say Ho Man Tin to Hung Hom) are not taken at this stage.
Tuen Mun / Yuen Long / Tin Shui Wai ➡ HK Island / Kowloon
Pickup anywhere in Tuen Mun, Yuen Long or Tin Shui Wai, straight through to business districts on Hong Kong Island and in Kowloon.
East Kowloon ➡ North-West New Territories
The after-work run. Kwun Tong, Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon Bay, Sau Mau Ping, San Po Kong and Wong Tai Sin — no more Tuen Mun Road jams or transfers.
Mong Kok / Tsim Sha Tsui Late Night ➡ North-West NT
For the nights you work late. Mong Kok, Yau Ma Tei and Tsim Sha Tsui core — a car home to Tuen Mun, Yuen Long or Tin Shui Wai is guaranteed.
Tsing Yi ➡ Hong Kong Island
No more changing lines. Tsing Yi across the harbour to Island East and Central/Sheung Wan — one ride, door to door, nap included.
