Does your fixed price already cover luggage fees and tunnel tolls?

Yes. Every fixed price on our site already includes luggage fees for the whole trip, plus the tunnel tolls on the route we use. Nothing extra is added after you get in. If the itinerary changes, our team will explain the new price first and only proceed once you agree.

Are the fixed prices one-way or round-trip?

Accepted Answer

All fixed prices are one-way fares departing from Hong Kong Island, Kowloon or the New Territories (for example, the city to Lok Ma Chau). Returning from a border crossing counts as a return trip, so we apply fixed discounts instead: 15% off the meter for general border returns, and a special 10% off for Shenzhen Bay returns.

Does the 15% discount apply to every trip?

For 4-seater bookings, any trip whose metered base fare is above $80 qualifies. The one exception is the Shenzhen Bay border return, which is not eligible for this discount.

Is there a surcharge for late-night or early-morning rides?

Accepted Answer

No. Our fixed prices and discounts are the same 24 hours a day, so a late-night departure or an early-morning airport run carries no night surcharge. The final price is confirmed at booking and will not change afterwards.

Could heavy traffic change the fixed price?

Accepted Answer

No. Once the route is confirmed, the price is locked — you pay the amount agreed at booking no matter how long the jam lasts. Only an on-the-day change of route would trigger a new quote.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash, FPS, PayMe, Alipay, WeChat Pay and credit card. ⚠️ If you plan to pay by credit card, please tell our team in advance so we can assign a car with a card terminal installed.

Can business travellers get a receipt for expenses?

Yes — just ask our team when you book or pay, and the driver will print a receipt for you at the end of the journey.

How do I book a taxi?

Tap the WhatsApp button on the page and send your pickup point, destination and preferred time; the driver replies and confirms right away. You can also call us — there is someone on the line 24 hours a day.

How far ahead can I book?

You can book up to two weeks in advance. Booking early helps us lock in a vehicle and driver, which matters most for airport and border trips.

How early should I book a 6-seater? Do you take same-day requests?

We suggest booking a 6-seater at least 24 hours ahead so we can secure one. If you need a car the same day, message us on WhatsApp immediately and we will do our best to move vehicles around within the fleet.

Which areas do you serve?

We cover all of Hong Kong, including transfers to and from the Airport, Shenzhen Bay, Lok Ma Chau, Heung Yuen Wai and Discovery Bay. For anywhere else, just ask us on WhatsApp.

Can I add extra stops along the way?

For 4-seater bookings, yes — extra stops are charged at 15% off the metered fare and luggage fees are waived. List every stop when you book and our team will plan the sequence for you.

Can I bring a pet? Does it need a carrier?

Pets are welcome, normally at no extra charge. Please keep your pet in a carrier or under proper control so the cabin stays clean, and let us know at booking that a pet is travelling.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes — contact us on WhatsApp as early as you can. We will try to accommodate, but a last-minute cancellation can affect other passengers, so we appreciate your understanding.

Do you operate during severe weather?

Accepted Answer

During Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, a Black Rainstorm Warning or other extreme weather, many drivers pause work for safety and some owners or fleets suspend rental and dispatch, so the number of available taxis drops sharply. We give priority to passengers who have already booked, but the actual arrangement still depends on driver supply, road conditions and airport operations, so we cannot guarantee the original vehicle or timing. If the original plan cannot be kept, we will first set out the feasible options and any related charges, and only proceed after you confirm — you are free to decline the change. In severe weather we will help wherever it is safe and practical to do so.

Where do I meet the driver at Hong Kong International Airport?

Your driver waits at the designated fleet taxi stand in Airport Car Park 1. The exact bay number will be sent to you on WhatsApp when you arrive.

The airport fixed price covers the outbound leg only — how is the return charged?

Accepted Answer

The return from the airport to the city is: the existing fixed price + $20, which includes the Airport Authority parking fee and waives all luggage fees. Note that prices may be adjusted during peak periods or on special days, and our team will always confirm the final fare with you beforehand.
