From the Arrivals Hall, follow the signs towards Exit B and on to Car Park 1. Take the lift up to 3/F, turn left and walk to the designated pickup bay; your driver will tell you the exact bay number. Collecting everyone at Car Park 1 keeps you out of the crowded arrivals level.
